Wonders of my country

If I were a teacher...

If I were a teacher I would be very strict and direct. But that does not mean that I would not be helpful or hardworking. I think I could teach all natural sciences, but I could teach electrical engineering best, because I really like it. I think this is also a subject that everybody who goes to school like ours must know really well.

My lessons would be very nice. I would teach students all that I know or at least try to give them something to think about. If electrical engineering was really what they wanted they would make it. I think a teacher who teaches electrical engineering must be different from others, because the subject depends on your dream job. I think that my students must know more than others, they should be the best, so there is no place for bad workers. I also know that that is just an illusion, but it is an ideal for all teachers, because we can not always get what we want. We must also allow students to ask what they want to know and a teacher should just answer the questions and look what they are going to do next. I also think that in each class there is at least one person who makes trouble and tries to be funny. We must isolate them and give them some extra work, so the lesson can go on.

I find that being a teacher is a really exciting job; you must be prepared for everything. I also think both sides should be responsible: teachers should teach and students must know what they want.

Kinder zwischen ihren Rechten und Pflichten

Was ist der richtige Weg?

Die Welt ist voll von Grausamkeit und Ungerechtigkeit. Diese grausame und ungerechte Welt lauert auf die Kinder, die noch nicht wissen, was gut oder böse ist. Dafür wurden spezielle Rechte und Pflichten für die Kinder geschrieben. Aber unser Schicksal liegt auf unseren Schultern und es ist von uns abhängig, ob wir aus unserem Leben was machen und es so glücklich wie möglich gestalten.

Es gibt zehn grundlegende Kinderrechte. Jedes Recht hat seine eigene spezielle Bedeutung. Für mich persönlich ist das wichtigste Recht, das neunte Recht. Es lautet: Das Recht auf eine Familie, elterliche Fürsorge und ein sicheres Zuhause. Dieser Recht ist für mich das wichtigste, weil ich ohne meine Familie und ein sicheres Zuhause nicht der Mensch wäre, der ich heute bin. Ich brauche meine Eltern, wenn ich verzweifelt bin. Ich finde, dass jedes Kind auf dieser Welt eine liebevolle Familie haben sollte, aber solange es Kriege, Menschenhass, Ausnützung usw. gibt, ist das nur ein Traum, der nie war wird.

Die Kinderrechte werden überall auf der Welt missbraucht. Sogar sehr entwickelte Ländern wie z. B. Deutschland, Österreich oder Frankreich. Aber am meisten ist dieses Problem in den armen Ländern bekannt, die jeden Tag diese Rechte mehr als millionmal brechen. Diese Kinder werden sehr schlecht behandelt und missbraucht. Aus Gewalt kommt nur Gewalt und deswegen enden viele dieser Kinder als Narkomanen, im Gefängnis oder auch leider sehr oft in dem Sarg.

Es gibt auch Organisationen, die diesen Kindern helfen und versuchen ihnen noch eine Chance auf ein gutes Leben zu geben, aber dieses Glück begegnet nur wenige.

Wenn es Rechte gibt, gibt es auch Pflichten. Diese Pflichten sind in dem Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch geschrieben, aber ich persönlich brauche dieses Buch nicht um wissen, was meine Pflichten sind. Ich weiβ z. B. dass ich die Schule besuchen muss, lernen sollte, die Hausarbeiten machen muss und so weiter. Ich denke, dass nichts vom Himmel fällt. Das sollte jedem Kind klar sein, aber es ist leider nicht so.

Einige Kinder haben ein härteres Leben als die anderen, aber ich meine, wenn man sich sehr anstrengt und alles von sich gibt, kann jeder von uns als Mensch erfolgreich sein.

Trackmania

Wie alles begann

Trackmania wurde zum ersten Mal im Jahr 2003 von französischen Entwickler Nadeo auf den Markt gebracht. Seither hat Trackmania einen unglaublichen Aufschwung erlebt und ist mittlerweile eines der beliebtesten PC-Spiele geworden. Viele bedeutende Ereignisse kennzeichnen den Weg des Erfolges von Trackmnania. Im Frühjahr 2006 versammelten sich mehr als 6000 Trackmania – Spieler, um bei der FNAC Trophy gegeneinander anzutreten. Das Spiel war ein Teil der offiziellen Disziplinen beim Video Game World Cup in Bercy, bei dem 40 Spieler aus der ganzen Welt um den Titel des besten Fahrers kämpfen. Trackmania kann außerdem, dank der kostenlosen Version Trackmania Nations, die über 20 Millionen Mal herunter geladen wurde, einen enormen weltweiten Erfolg verzeichnen.

Endlich vereint

Im Jahr 2006 beginnt mit der Einführung von Trackmnania United eine neue Ära für Trackmania. In Trackmania United werden zum ersten Mal alle Umgebungen aus dem Original Trackmania, Trackmania Sunrise und Trackmania Nations zusammengeführt. Jede Umgebung ist in sich einzigartig. Die auf die Umgebungen abgestimmten Autos erfordern überall ein völlig neues Gameplay. In Trackmania United gibt es sieben Umgebungen: angefangen bei der Wüste bis hin zum beliebten
Stadion. In jeder Umgebung gibt es Neuerungen und Änderungen wie z. B. neue Streckenblöcke, neue Bildeffekte und natürlich neue Solo Kampagnen. Aber von allem entwickelt sich Trackmnia durch die Einführung von United zu mehr als einen einfachen Videospiel.

Die Entwicklung von Trackmania United

Mit Trackmania United werden die Spieler in die Entwicklung des Spieles einbezogen. Mithilfe neuer Tools für das Erstellen eigener Strecken und ein revolutionären Tauschsystem können sie das Spiel in einer Art und weise weiterentwickeln, wies es sich in der Welt der Spiele noch nie gab. Bei der früheren Versionen von Trackmania stand der Spaß im Vordergrund, und es sollte den Spielern ermöglichen werden, mithilfe der hervorragenden Tools das Spiel weiter entwickeln. Drei Jahre später können sich die Ergebnisse sehen lasen und außerdem gibt es jede Menge Websites, die Autos, Skins und sogar Mods für Trackmania anbieten.

If I were a teacher...

I am sure; being a teacher is at no point easy. If I think about myself being a teacher, I am sure I would not perform well. Working with children is not really my dream job. And you must be a self-confident person. You must trust your abilities, which is not really my strength.

After all, if I really were a teacher, I would teach something that I like. It could be something from computing, maybe maths or even linguistics. I think I know English very well. In all four parts of language: reading, understanding, speaking and writing. It’s a pleasure to speak in English, though having patience to teach other persons, students or children is not something that everyone has.

I think I would be a very strict teacher; after all, I’d like to have some order in the class. But I think I would try to be friendly and fair to pupils. I would try to teach them in the most exciting way possible. A fun factory is a must. No one likes listening to a boring teacher, who always sings the same tune. I would not push my pupils for homework; after all they should know it is only good for them.

If I were a teacher, I would probably teach a subject from natural sciences. When I was in primary school I thought that I could be a good maths teacher. Later on I changed my mind. I realized that I am not good at communication with people. I think that children wouldn’t really be friendly if I didn’t know how to deal with them. Maybe I could acquire this knowledge later, when I get more experience.

I don’t think I could always stand the students. They are usually quite loud. To be a teacher you need quite a lot of voice to overrule them. I don’t posses that ability, because I am usually quieter and not willing to speak. I would probably become confused in such a stressful situation.

Pros and cons of school

Is school something good or bad, this is the question. I think about it quite often.

Most children dislike school. They do not like learning, because it takes a lot of their time. On the top of that you even have to buy books from which you learn and you get school marks which tell you how you understand what is done at school. You also get homework which takes more of your free time. Because school starts early in the morning, you have to wake up early and if your home is too far away from your school, you have to stay in a dormitory or you have to drive to school every day which costs much more.

But school can also be good. Firstly, you learn something new. If you finish school, with your education you can start working and earn money. At school you also meet new people and school employs teachers.

Even if it seems that school has more disadvantages than advantages, I do not think it is bad. School is something very important. Without it there would be no technology at all and who knows what the world would look like now.

Some people say that the time spent at school is the best time in your life.

I think most children dislike school. What they do not like at all is that they have to learn a lot and do their homework. The main problem is that they have to get up early. The problem is also that school lasts too long.

However, thorough thinking tells us that going to school is not at all so bad. Firstly, at school you get proper knowledge and education. You can use these in different jobs. A good part of school is also that you meet new people there and can hang out with friends.

When I finish school some day, I think I will forget the bad things about it and only remember how many interesting things have happened there.

Some people say school is horrible, but some say that school is great. Well, I say, let us go through some advantages and disadvantages of school.

The good things about school are, for example, you get educated, you learn some manners, you learn how to manage time. School prepares you for your adulthood.

There are also negative things about school. Some teachers are unbelievably boring or self-confident, so they just do not listen to your problems. You have less free time and more responsibilities.

Altogether, school can be really boring and so hard, but if you make a good plan and if you are a bit organized, you can pass without big problems.

School is an institution for educating children and adults. We must go to school, because this is obligation. Some children dislike it.

On the negative side, there is homework; pupils do not write homework, this is a bad thing. If you do homework, you know more and you have better marks. Teachers like pupils who do their homework. Another problem is you have to go to school from Monday to Friday. This is very tiring. Another disadvantage is transport. Many pupils do not live near school, so they must get up early if they want to come to school before the lesson starts. We do not have plenty of free time to watch TV or play computer games. We must also respect school rules. Pupils who do not learn for tests copy from other pupils. And we have so many books. Bad students shout and make noise during lessons.

On the neutral side, the school year and holidays are neither too long nor too short.

On the plus side, I would say that if you go to school, you have more knowledge and many friends. I think learning is easier, because we have subjects like biology, maths, chemistry… Schools also have restaurants for food. Here pupils can eat. On top of that, public transport and the cinema cost less if you are a pupil.

There are different schools. The first is primary school. After primary school comes secondary school and if you are successful, you can go to university.

To sum up, school has its pluses and its minuses. I found more disadvantages about school.

The roads and footpaths of life

Well, the most important events in my life were my birthdays. These are days when I celebrate with my family and friends and we have a great time. Well, not all of my birthdays were great, mainly because of my relatives – the ones I do not see very often and do not like.

My life so far has been quite exciting. I have had my ups and downs and I am not the only one in the world with problems. I think the biggest problem in my life has been school. I can admit that I am the laziest person you can meet. But I know that I will have to change that soon. Right now I am still living with my parents but when I find a job and when I have to start earning my own money I will have to push that laziness aside.

I think the fair period for a person to live is to about seventy, but this opinion changes with age, that is the problem. I think that anyone with the age of seventy would want to live for at least a hundred years if not for ever.

The most important event in my life was my birth because I made my parents very happy.

After that my life was sometimes exciting and sometimes not. For example elementary school was very exciting because I had many friends and a lot of free time. When I got older my parents gave me work that I had to do every day and my life wasn't that exciting any more. But now these jobs are routine in my life and my life is exciting again.

If I could choose how long I would like to live I would live as long as to be the oldest living man on Earth.

I really like my life. I find it exciting because it is not the same. It changes every second. I have had some good and some bad experience.

In my life the most important event was when I was confronted with death. I did not know what it was like until my grandmother died. I was about five years old. I thought that she could return whenever she wanted to. But on that day she disappeared for ever. I was very sad because I loved her very much.

This has somehow influenced my life. I wish to live so long I could return the favour and chance that my parents gave to me when I was born. And I also wish that my death wouldn’t be painful and people would remember me as a good person.

If I had to pick one of my life's important events I would certainly choose high school. For me it is important because from that point on I started doing something for myself and started the foundation of what I would like to do in my life. And these days you can't get a nice job without proper education.

Now that I am learning and educating myself all days, I think that my life has become a little bit boring. Before, when I was in primary school, I had a more exciting life, because I had more time to do all the exciting things in life.

In some way it is not so great to live such an exciting life because it can be very stressful and stress leads to a shorter life. I would, however, like to live long because I would like to experience lots of life's great events.

I don't think my life has been very exciting. But there are still some events in my life that you could say are important.

Some people would say that birth was the most important moment in their lives, but frankly, every one was born, that is why it is not important for me. For me a very important event was when I went on holidays with my older cousin to our aunt and family in Cannes in France. And because my parents had to work and did not come along I was able to be more independent and had a great two weeks vacation from their constant whining.

But I think that there are other important events in my life; this is just one of hundreds and because I plan to live a long life there will be many more, the only problem will be if I will be able to remember them all.

Teachers are like a piece of tight elastic — eventually they will go ‘Ping!’

Elastic is a very flexible material and it can be shaped in many ways. Because of its properties it is often compared to people with good nerves. And like people, elastic has a breaking point, too.

Teacher is a person who shows you how a thing works or gives you advice. He has to have the nerves for explaining things to someone who does not understand fast. Therefore teachers have to be persistent. Unfortunately, it is not always like that. When a pupil gets a bad mark, he can blackmail the teacher for a better one and even say bad words to the teacher. In a situation like this a teacher can easily loose his nerves and start yelling or even hit the pupil. That is the point where they "go ping". It does not often come to this point because a lot of teachers have nerves made of steel and can control themselves.

Another situation that can make teachers extremely angry is when pupils are very lazy and do not want to work. Therefore the teacher wants to motivate them and bring them to start working. In most cases without any results. Then again he could loose his nerves because he feels ignored. This can lead to unpleasant situations.

In the end, teachers are only humans and there always has to be a cause from the "outside" to make the teachers "go ping". Usually these forces are pupils.
